Big Network is seeking to hire our first Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Engineering and Support Department. Customer Solutions Engineers are responsible for the ultimate success of our customers by gathering requirements, designing architectures, implementing solutions, and providing support. The role requires a background in network engineering and systems design, the ability to communicate effectively, and enjoy interactions across customers and Big Network Teams. A natural knack for debugging and solving gnarly networking problems is a must!
In addition to the above, Solutions Engineers are worldwide advocates for our technology, by writing use cases, posting to our blog, and creating other content pieces for Big Network.
